Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured transfers in a Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be booked with your stay, or as late as two hours before you arrive. Guests in a rush may use our helipad, open from 07:00 to 22:00, for a twelve-minute hop from the international airport. Either option can be billed to your suite.
Is there a dress code?+
Smart casual is expected after dusk in our restaurants and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Beachwear is fine at the pools and lagoon bars during the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in typical traffic, or fifty-five minutes if your driver chooses the scenic inland path through the vineyards (ideal on arrival days when you are not pressed for time). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the trip takes twelve minutes door-to-door.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows incur the full stay. Suites and villas on our Best Available Rate can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advisable.
